  Please be aware that essential maintenance is being carried out on UDo/Agent Portal from 13:00 (UTC) on Friday 16 February until 10:00 (UTC) on Monday 19 February.

  This work is being done in response to student feedback to improve the sign in experience.

  While we change things over, you may experience an intermittent service, but once the maintenance is complete and you have followed the prompt to sign in afresh on the Web/Mobile app, you will be able to stay signed into UDo/Agent Portal for up to 90 days before we ask you to enter your sign in details again.
