Ally Maintenance Scheduled for Nov 8, 2025 (US, EU)

Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

Ally will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to migrate database tables in our US and EU regions. Due to the nature of this maintenance we do expect there to be extended periods of downtime ranging from 3-5 hours during this time.

Ally will not be processing new content during this window and the Institutional Report, Configuration UI and Course Accessibility Report will be unavailable. Instructor Feedback and Alternative Formats indicators will not be displayed within courses.

The maintenance windows are as follows:

Europe

Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Frankfurt (Germany) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 8th November from 8am-4pm Central European Time / 7am-3pm UK time.

Blackboard Course Resources Monthly Release: v3902.3.0

As part of Blackboard’s continuous delivery release schedule, Blackboard (Course Resources) will be upgraded to v3902.3.0

Each monthly release contains new features or feature enhancements, as well as maintenance items.

No disruption to service is expected.
