  Vendor Notification: Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

  IMPORTANT: Scheduled Maintenance 17 February 2024 (all regions)

  We will be performing some planned maintenance to apply upgrades to our databases in all regions. Ally and its components will be available during this window, however, users may experience some delays in processing new content during this period. The maintenance windows are:

  Australia and New Zealand Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Sydney (Australia) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 17 February from 6pm-2am (Sunday Feb 18) Australian Eastern Daylight Time.

  Asia Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Singapore AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 17 February from 3-11pm Singapore Time.

  Europe Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Frankfurt (Germany) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 17 February from 8am-4pm Central European Time / 7am-3pm UK time.

  Canada Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Montreal (Canada Central) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 17 February from 2-10am Eastern Time / 11pm (Friday Feb 16)-7am Pacific Time.

  United States Maintenance for institutions hosted from the North Virginia (US-East-1) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 17 February from 2-10am Eastern Time / 11pm (Friday Feb 16) -7am Pacific Time.
