Update: We have identified a source of the intermittent service degradation affecting video processing on our platform. We have made changes to the platform which address the identified source and initial indications are that this has addressed the performance degradation. We will continue to monitor the platform over the next 24 hours to determine if this fully resolves the degraded performance.
