Incident resolved
Due to an unexpected service incident, users of Turnitin, Turnitin UK, iThenticate, Crossref, Turnitin Similarity, Originality, and SimCheck may have found a delay in Similarity Report generation.
We are pleased to inform that the service has been restored.
The incident occurred between the following times:
BST: April 22, 06:20 - April 23, 19:45
» UpdatedA fix has been implemented, and TurnItIn is monitoring the results.
There may be delays in report generation while we work through a backlog caused by the incident.
» UpdatedWe are aware of an issue with TurnItIn that could cause slow generation of Similarity Reports. This does not appear to be impacting on submissions. We are continuing to monitor this issue."
