• Update

  [Resolved] The Panopto EU Cloud search indexing has been stable and metrics have remained normal since our last update. We are resolving this incident and Panopto engineers are completing a root cause analysis, which we will post here, within the next week.

• Investigating

  Panopto are investigating elevated error rates in search indexing. Service remains up but they advise: "We have identified a performance problem with the search index. As a temporary mitigation, we have redirected live search traffic to a secondary index. Results may be incomplete during this temporary mitigation while we continue to investigate. We are resyncing the primary index in preparation for returning live search traffic to it. Search to the secondary index remains available but potentially incomplete."
