All printing issues have now been resolved, and the email to print service is now working.
» UpdatedDigital Services & Solutions have investigated and discovered an issue with printing and email to print.
While issues for print queues and Mobility print are now resolved. Email to print is currently unavailable while we investigate and attempt to restore service.
If those using mobility print have any further issues, please follow the below instructions to resolve the issue:
Alternatively, you can reinstall Mobility Print via Company Portal.
Please note: If you are using mobility print with notifications off then you may not see any errors as mobility print notifies users via Windows notifications
