We are resolving this incident and Panopto engineers are completing a full root cause analysis, which we will post here, within the next week.
» UpdatedVendor Update: June 12, 2023 5:30PM UTC Our engineering team has completed its mitigation strategy and EU Cloud has returned to an operational state. We are going to monitor the platform to ensure that no additional impacts are occurring, but do not expect additional impacts at this time.
