  • Resolved

    The issue affecting our digital signage screens has now been resolved. The signage screens across all locations should be back online and displaying content as expected.

    The outage was caused by a technical fault on the supplier’s side, which affected their UK servers. This led to:

    • Screens going blank or showing error messages.
    • Difficulty accessing the signage management system.

    The supplier has now restored the affected servers and restarted the necessary systems.

    No action is required from staff. If you notice any screens still not working, please report them to the Infrastructure Support Team and we’ll assist promptly.

  • Investigating

    We’re currently experiencing an issue with our digital signage system. This is affecting signage display screens in areas across various sites.

    Our support team is aware of the issue and has contacted the service provider for assistance. We’re working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

    No action is required from staff at this time. We’ll keep this page updated with progress and let you know once the issue is resolved.
