Due to an unexpected service incident, users of Turnitin, Turnitin UK, Similarity, Originality, SimCheck, Authorship, iThenticate, Crossref, and iThenticate V2 — including those accessing these services via integrations, may have experienced delays in Similarity Report generation.

The incident occurred between the following times:

PDT: 23.20 April 13th, - April 14th, 02.45 BST: April 14th, 07:20 - April 14th, 10:45 AEST: April 14th, 16.20 - April 14th, 19.45
