Scheduled PeopleSoft System Maintenance: Thursday 28th November , 7am – 7:15am The University of Derby's Student Record System (Oracle PeopleSoft) will be unavailable due to essential maintenance. During this time the following facilities will be unavailable: UDo Documents | Grades | Profile | Student Record | Unicard* tiles Your personal information Forms held on your student record Access to submit RACs Access to make payments. *Unicard printing will also be unavailable at this time. Agent Portal My Applicants | All Applicants | All Enrolled | Apply | Agent Management tiles. The Online Application and Online Enrolment Systems will also be unavailable at this time. Please note that throughout this period you'll still be able to access all other areas of UDo/Agent Portal.

Due to an unexpected service incident, users of Turnitin, Turnitin UK, iThenticate, Crossref, Turnitin Similarity, Originality, and Simcheck, and those accessing the service via an integration may have experienced delays in Similarity Report generation. We are pleased to advise that the incident has been resolved. Issues affecting printing

Update Digital Services & Solutions have investigated and discovered an issue with printing and email to print. While issues for print queues and Mobility print are now resolved. Email to print is currently unavailable while we investigate and attempt to restore service. If those using mobility print have any further issues, please follow the below instructions to resolve the issue: - Please go to https://mobprint.derby.ac.uk via your web browser. - The page should prompt to open Mobility Print, click open to a notification in the bottom corner of your screen that says "fetching new printers". Once this is completed then your mobility print queues will be updated and working again. - If you do not receive a prompt from your browser to open Mobility print then you just need to click on "Connect and get my printers". Alternatively, you can reinstall Mobility Print via Company Portal. Please note: If you are using mobility print with notifications off then you may not see any errors as mobility print notifies users via Windows notifications

Blackboard Course Resources Monthly Release: v3900.104.0

Scheduled As part of Blackboard’s continuous delivery release schedule, Blackboard (Course Resources) will be upgraded to v3900.104.0 on 7 November 2024. Each monthly release contains new features or feature enhancements, as well as maintenance items. No disruption to service is expected.
