We are writing to advise IT services are aware and investigating an issue affecting the Kedleston Road Data Centre resulting in loss of service including Staff ID, Course Resources, Jabber and other services that require internal authentication.
ITS are mitigating issues currently by migrating services to bring them back online. Work is ongoing and staff are onsite to resolve the issue as a matter of Urgency and an update will be provide as soon as we are able.
IT are experiencing difficulty in handling calls however are available through live chat on the website. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the IT Service Centre.
