Resolved Due to an unexpected service disruption, users accessing Turnitin via the website directly, may have been unable to log in, make or access submissions, or view Similarity Reports. Users accessing the service via an integration may have also been affected and been unable to submit, view submissions or create assignments today. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored. The incident occurred between the following times: PDT September 28th 09:54 - September 28th 10:36 BST September 28th 17:54 - September 28th 18:36 AEST September 29th 02:54 - September 29th 03:36 Please accept our apologies if you were impacted by today’s incident.

WordPress SQL Maintenance

Scheduled Beginning Thursday, September 23rd at 8:00 AM CT through Friday, September 24th at 4:00 AM CT WordPress will be performing scheduled maintenance to update MySQL for all customers that are on our Google Cloud Infrastructure. This maintenance will be during the maintenance window time frame for each region to minimize impact on your site. Data Center location: Maintenance window: Asia-Pacific 8a - 2p Central Time Europe 4p - 10p Central Time (10pm - Midnight UK Time) Americas 10p - 4a Central Time WordPress expect that the maintenance may result in up to a 15 minute interruption of service to your sites during the MySQL restart. Outside of the temporary service interruption, there should be no impact to your site. WordPress will be monitoring the situation closely to ensure minimal disruption.
