TurnItIn have provided this update We are happy to announce that our emergency maintenance has now completed. Turnitin, Turnitin UK and all integrations with these services have been restored.

We are continuing to monitor system performance at this time.

Update

Turn it in advise that users of Turnitin and Turnitin UK may still be intermittently receiving the “Pool "ev-app-yang-POOL" is down” error when viewing submissions. Users of these services may also experience intermittent slowness and/or freezing when applying QuickMarks or commenting on a submission.

In order to restore full service functionality, we will be undertaking an emergency maintenance on April 6th. It is expected to last for 1 hour at 11am BST

Print Credit Payment System Issue

The issue preventing Print Credit Payment service from updating allowance in user's print account has now been resolved.

If you have attempted to top up your print credit today and the amount has not been reflected on your account, please contact our Service Centre Desk so that we can assist accordingly.

Blackboard Notification: Date change for April Collaborate release for CA, EU, US regions

VENDOR: In order to guarantee optimal responsiveness during and after the release, and taking into consideration staffing constraints due to public holidays, we have decided to postpone the April release for Canada, Europe and US (including Latin America) hosted clients until Tuesday, April 19, 2022. The release will be deployed for Asia Pacific hosted clients on Thursday, April 14, 2022 as originally scheduled.

Learn SaaS 3900.37.0: Feature Production Release (DELAYED)

Maintenance update We are tentatively targeting Thursday, April 21st for the release of 3900.37.0 to Production Environments. This is subject to change based on testing and feedback and any changes will be communicated here. Note that the improvements to this release will first be released to test/stage environments and the timing for this will be communicated here as well.
