Course Resources (Blackboard) now using version v3900.54.0

As part of Blackboard’s continuous delivery release schedule, Blackboard (Course Resources) will be upgraded to v3900.54.0 on 1st December 2022
Each monthly release contains new features or feature enhancements, as well as maintenance items.
No disruption to service is expected.

On Saturday, 3rd December, UniGuest will be unavailable.
Due to essential maintenance between 6pm and 9pm UniGuest connectivity will be impacted. As an this is a service that will be retired soon please connect to _TheCloud network instead that will be replacing it.

Service issues resolved by supplier
Update
The performance issues continue to be investigated with the supplier (Cayuse).
In Progress
The issue affecting the Research System should now be looking more stable, but we are continuing to monitor this with our supplier.
Investigating
We are aware of an issue causing intermittent service to the University of Derby Research System, research.derby.ac.uk. The University of Derby Research System includes PhD Manager, Ethics Monitor, Research Manager, and the Library repository, UDORA.
We will continue to monitor the issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused while we work hard with our supplier to restore systems.
