Vendor Notification: Planned Maintenance for Products Using the Blackboard.com Domain Anthology is enhancing its DNS infrastructure to provide our customers with a more resilient service. Blackboard /Anthology do not anticipate any service impact to users accessing Blackboard products during the maintenance period. Should there be an impact during the maintenance that could affect the user experience, they say they have procedures in place to quickly minimize impact and restore service.

Most upgrades are now complete. We are continuing to work through those that did not succeed.

As part of Blackboard’s continuous delivery release schedule, Blackboard (Course Resources) will be upgraded to v3900.65.0 on 4 May 2023. Each monthly release contains new features or feature enhancements, as well as maintenance items. No disruption to service is expected.
