Update: The Panopto Clouds are experiencing a slight increase in viewing error rates. Approximately .26% of video views are impacted. Videos with multiple occurrences of the same clip are not viewable.
The source of the increased error rates has been identified. Our team is planning to deploy the fix after business hours today, Wednesday, 1/31.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
