Supplier update:
The Panopto EU Cloud has been stable and metrics have remained normal since the mitigation was introduced.
We are resolving this incident and continuing to monitor usage patterns until a full remediation is in place. Panopto engineers are completing a full root cause analysis.

The Panopto cloud operations team is still working on applying mitigation for the issue.
