We’re pleased to confirm that the issue affecting timetable views for staff users in CMISGo has now been resolved. The service is fully operational, and users should be able to access timetable data as normal.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore the service.

The issue affecting our digital signage screens has now been resolved. The signage screens across all locations should be back online and displaying content as expected.
The outage was caused by a technical fault on the supplier’s side, which affected their UK servers. This led to:
- Screens going blank or showing error messages.
- Difficulty accessing the signage management system.
The supplier has now restored the affected servers and restarted the necessary systems.
No action is required from staff. If you notice any screens still not working, please report them to the Infrastructure Support Team and we’ll assist promptly.

Please be aware that PeopleSoft Campus is undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable to staff and students on Saturday 6th September from 5am to 9am. As a result of this Students will be unable to access their student record, which includes submitting a request for additional consideration. Also, online application and unicard printing will be unavailable during this time.

As part of Blackboard’s continuous delivery release schedule, Blackboard (Course Resources) will be upgraded to v3900.125.0
Each monthly release contains new features or feature enhancements, as well as maintenance items.
No disruption to service is expected.
