VENDOR NOTIFICATION: 01 Feb 2022 - Panopto notified clients to say "The Panopto EU Cloud is experiencing an increased error rate in processing ...What does this mean? Content processing may fail to succeed."

February 1, 2022 6:40PM UTC - The source of the increased error rates has been identified. Our cloud operations team is working on a fix for the issue. In the meantime, we are continuing to requeue failed processing jobs to ensure they complete.

We’ve fixed it! Unexpected Service Incident Due to an unexpected service incident, you may have been unable to access reports and submit a file in Turnitin Feedback Studio and iThenticate today. Users also accessing these services via an integration would also be affected. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

The issue delaying this release has been identified and a fix is underway. The new target release date is February 10. An update will be provided once this date is confirmed.

Due to an issue that has been identified, the Feature Production release originally scheduled for February 3rd will be delayed. The issue is currently under investigation and updates will be provided as soon as more information is available.

Due to an unexpected service degradation, users of Turnitin, Turnitin UK, Turnitin Similarity, SimCheck, Originality, Crossref Similarity Check, iThenticate as well as users accessing Turnitin via an integration may have experienced delayed report-generation times for your Similarity Reports. We are pleased to advise that the service has been restored.

CMIS Go Downtime, 23 - 24 February

CMIS Go Downtime, 23 - 24 February

Due to a system upgrade, the online timetable system CMIS Go will be unavailable between 8am Wednesday 23 February - 12pm Thursday 24 February.

Students will still be able to access their personalised timetables via the UDo app, but staff will not be able to access online timetables during this period. The online room booking service via CMIS Go will also be unavailable during this time.

Panopto Cloud Operations Status

The Panopto Cloud has been stable and metrics have remained normal since our last update.

We are resolving this incident and Panopto engineers are completing a root cause analysis, which we will post here, within the next week.

Update: The Panopto NA, EU, and CA Clouds are experiencing increased error rates in importing Microsoft Teams meetings.

Our cloud operations team is urgently investigating the issue and we’ll update here as soon as we know more.

Our next update will be within 60 minutes.

What does this mean? Meeting imports from Teams may be delayed.
